From South:

Take I-95 to Portland to Exit 45 (“old” Exit 7). Take Maine Turnpike Authority Toll Road. Approach to Rte. 1, take right on Rte. 1 South for .6 miles to 2nd light and go left onto Pleasant Hill Road. Follow for 3.3 miles to Rte. 77. Take left (north) on Rte. 77 for 2 miles to Fowler Road, where you will be directed to the parking area.

From North:

Take Casco Bay Bridge to Rte. 77 South. Follow into Cape Elizabeth. Watch for and follow flaggers and signs at intersections along Rte. 77 for directions to start and Sprague Fields parking.
